Bdesay (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between bdesay and all of its registered members.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh and other countries where bdesay operates. You must be at least 18 years of age, and online gaming must be legal in your country of residence.

Bdesay reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified of any changes via email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To open an account with bdesay, you must meet certain eligibility criteria. Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Submitting incorrect details may delay account verification and, in serious cases, result in permanent account closure. You are solely responsible for keeping your password secure.

Bdesay supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Each payment method has its own minimum and maximum limits, clearly displayed on the payment page.

Deposits are usually credited instantly. However, bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. Large withdrawals may require additional verification.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Full account verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is done.

The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit. The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn as cash — it is for gaming use only. To withdraw any winnings from a bonus, the specified wagering requirements must first be met.

• Wagering requirements are typically 20x–30x the bonus amount

• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time
• We reserve the right to close accounts in cases of bonus abuse

Any form of fraudulent activity, use of software, or bots is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. In Sports Betting, match fixing or placing bets based on insider information is strictly forbidden.

• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a technical error may be declared void
• Odds may change during live betting due to network delays
• Our decision on the outcome of any bet placed during a technical fault is final

You may request to close your account at any time. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited upon account closure.

Bdesay reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or permanently close an account for any of the reasons below — and prior notice may not always be given:

• Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
• False Identity or Misrepresentation

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours. If the support team is unable to provide a satisfactory resolution, the matter will be escalated to senior management.

Bdesay reserves the right to modify, add to, or revoke these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, registered users will be notified by email at least 7 days in advance. In urgent situations, changes may take effect without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts. Should any clause be deemed unenforceable, all remaining clauses shall continue to be fully valid.
